Deb, Matthew and Clem met with the Sustainable Collection Services (SCS) team at the Charleston Conference in October to discuss the possibility of contracting with SCS for collection analysis services. The Project Team received a proposal from SCS in November. Rick Lugg and Andy Breeding from Sustainable Collection Services (SCS) attended the December 12th Project Team to discuss their proposal further.
