Meeting called to order at 10:10 by Laura Gallucci

Topic: Netlibrary and material type 4

Lynn began by stating that Netlibrary access at the LAW school was no longer an issue. Several people mentioned that remote access was an issue. Remote users cannot currently create a Netlibrayr account remotely.

**Since then, Netlibrary is working with us to provide this access from within URSUS records.

Should the General Material Designator be changed from Computer File to Electronic Resource? Committee agreed, yes.

**Implemented.

How should the |z be defined for the ebook? Committee decided upon “View this ebook online.”

**Implemented via global update.

These changes are limited to the Netlibrary books. Lynn asked that if other ebook records are involved, please give the committee a heads up.

Tangent: Should we turn on the Webopac display of |3 in the 856?

**Committee was provided examples, feature was turned on week of January 26^th.

Lynn advised that LAW public services staff saw some superfluous 856 content, should we establish a level of quality for the links? Committee agreed to speak to their public services staff and discuss at next meeting.
