Submit a Ticket

For Patrons: Patrons should contact their own local library with questions about their library card or services. Search for your library’s contact information at Find a Maine Library.

For library staff: Please open a ticket at for support requests and problems related to MaineCat, URSUS, SOLAR, Minerva, Marvel!, and Walk In Wireless. Once you have opened a ticket, communication via telephone or email is welcome. If you are unable to access the above URL, you can open a ticket by sending an email to; please remember to include your phone number.
